Returns & Exchanges — Retail Purchases

We accept returns and exchanges for unused, brand-new items within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition.

  • A $20 return surcharge applies to each return transaction.
  • Returns are limited to one item per transaction to ensure a smooth and secure process.
  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping.
  • Apparel is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing.
  • Sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Returns & Exchanges — Wholesale Purchases

All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases.

Rod Build Charts

We do not provide guide spacing or rod build charts for our rods. If you need assistance with a custom build, we recommend consulting a certified rod builder in your area or reaching out to one of our authorized dealers.

For your convenience, we also offer a full selection of finished, ready-to-fish rods — professionally built and ready to go straight out of the box.

Warranty

Black Hole USA rods are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (six months for clearance items). For full details and to submit a claim, visit our Warranty page.

Shipping & Transit Times

We ship on weekdays only. The cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

  • Transit times for standard shipping methods (USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Flat Rate Shipping) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.
  • For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please select an Express or Expedited Shipping option at checkout, or contact us before ordering to confirm timing.
  • For international orders, please submit your order list and shipping address (including postal code) via email before placing your order.

Signature Required on Delivery

For the security of your order, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $750. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the shipping address. If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Damaged Items — 24-Hour Reporting Required

All damaged item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide clear photos of all of the following:

  • The outside of the shipping box
  • Any damaged areas of the box
  • The shipping label
  • The item inside the box with original packaging intact
  • The damaged area of the item

Claims reported after 24 hours or without the required packaging photos are not eligible for replacement.
